Prepare plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates
Ensure compliance with state DOT standards and safety codes
Perform field inspections and support construction activities (RFIs, site visits)
Coordinate with project managers and mentor junior engineers
Qualification
Required
BS in Civil Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
10+ years of bridge/transportation experience
PE license
Experience with MicroStation, STAAD, or similar bridge design tools
Familiarity with DOT standards (NYSDOT, PennDOT, or similar)
