Responsibilities
Keeps organized folders and project documents on the shared server for all facets of the project, so that finding assets and information is quick and intuitive
Lead assignments with oversight from Account Manager(s), partnering with cross-department leads to ensure work stays on schedule and on brief
Build client relationships through executional excellence and communication
Coordinates agency and client schedules and sends meeting invites
Ensures that all materials are prepared in advance for both internal and client meetings
Takes detailed client meeting notes and distributes a meeting recap, reviewed by team stakeholders, within 24 hours
Books conference rooms, tests equipment in advance and ensures meeting tech is prepared and distributed
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with a positive attitude and growth mindset
Strong team player with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and persuasive in both written and verbal formats
Ability to work independently and willingness to take assignments readily
Strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal department and client relationships
Preferred
Basic understanding of social platforms and paid social media best practices is a bonus
