Responsibilities

Gather data, validate accuracy, and create daily/weekly/monthly reports (e.g., performance metrices, productivity, project status)
Perform data cleaning, address anomalies, and ensure consistency across systems
Work with business partners to define reporting requirements, gather metrics, and deliver actionable insights
Identify opportunities to automate manual reports and streamline analytical workflows
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize KPIs

Qualification

Microsoft ExcelSQLData visualization toolsData analysisCommunication

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA) is essential
Experience with SQL is preferred
Experience with data visualization tools
Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends or anomalies
Ability to present findings to senior management and leadership
