Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting
10+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong proficiency in month-end close processes
Hands-on experience with balance sheet account reconciliations
Preferred
CPA or equivalent certification
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech company or similar environment
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, even in ambiguous situations
Strong aptitude for information technology
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, follow through, and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail
