ERP Training Manager
Medasource is seeking an ERP Training Manager to manage, plan, and implement organizational development programs for the Workforce Management and HCM workstreams. The role involves designing national programs, collaborating with teams, and serving as a subject matter expert in leadership and associate development.
Responsibilities
Designs and manages national and system-wide organizational development programs that align with business goals, leveraging both internal and external resources
Leads and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement programs, ensuring integration with organizational strategy and business objectives
Recommends and implements strategies and solutions, continuously evaluating program effectiveness and making adjustments to ensure alignment with business needs
Serves as a subject matter expert in leadership and associate development, supporting the organization’s leadership talent strategy and aligning with long-term goals
Conducts hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff
Qualification
Required
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to work in a stressful environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in organizational development, leadership development, learning design & technology, education, business
Previous experience directing the work of dedicated trainers or staff dedicated to the training function
Previous experience with ERP implementation
Previous experience training ERPs (Oracle, Work Day, PeopleSoft, etc)
Previous experience managing the training of contact center staff
Previous experience training UKG
