Responsibilities
Handle personal injury, nursing home, and elder abuse matters
Attend and litigate trials, arbitrations, mediations, depositions, and court hearings
Draft pleadings, motions, and mediation and trial briefs
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to manage cases efficiently
Qualification
Required
Active admission to the State Bar of California
Prior experience in personal injury litigation, with a strong emphasis on nursing home and elder abuse cases
Ability to travel throughout California for court appearances, depositions, trials, and arbitrations
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively and lead team members when needed
Passion for advocating for injured clients and holding insurance companies accountable
