Procurement Specialist
LHH is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support a manufacturing-driven operation in Mount Holly, NJ. The role involves executing procurement activities, managing vendor communication, and ensuring timely supply of materials in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Execute procurement activities including purchase orders, materials sourcing, vendor communication, and pricing updates
Partner with manufacturing, production, and inventory teams to ensure timely supply of materials
Request and evaluate quotes; support competitive bid processes when needed
Track orders, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to cost savings, supplier performance, and purchasing workflow
Qualification
Required
Manufacturing industry experience is a must
2+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. helpful)
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
