Responsibilities

Direct, coordinate, and manage all on-site Security Officers, SOC Operators, and Shift Supervisors
Train, develop, and empower security personnel to uphold the highest standards of efficiency, customer service, ethics, and compliance
Conduct performance evaluations, coach staff, manage incentive programs, and apply corrective actions in line with company policy and regulatory requirements
Oversee scheduling, payroll approval, time-off management, and shift coverage to maintain 24/7 operational readiness and compliance
Manage day-to-day site security operations
Maintain and improve SOC operations, ensuring compliance with security systems knowledge and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with Regional management to establish site goals and communicate these to customers and internal teams
Manage account inspections and utilize Quality Assurance checks through eHub to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety violations, MTTR, patrol rounds, incidents, badge issuance, and more
Oversee physical security systems including access control (C-Cure), CCTV (Genetec), alarms, biometrics, and visitor management
Ensure adherence to industry standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and Sunstates-specific policies
Lead regular risk assessments, vulnerability audits, and incident investigations with detailed reporting and timely escalation
Maintain comprehensive documentation to support internal and external audits
Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, Facilities, HR, Operations, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) teams to ensure unified security strategies
The Site Supervisor is expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week physically onsite, including variable shifts, weekends, and additional hours as needed for reports, training, or special events
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to all contracted sites as required
Must be able to perform physical duties such as patrols, inspections, and emergency response activities

Required

Minimum 3 years of related management experience in physical security, preferably in data centers, critical infrastructure, or enterprise environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver messages across multiple organizational levels
Proficient in bridging data from multiple platforms to drive security program improvements
