IT Service Desk II - Syracuse, NY
BravoTECH is seeking a highly qualified IT Service Desk II professional to join a well-rounded, collaborative team supporting multiple healthcare sites. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities to provide Level II service desk and field support across various locations.
Responsibilities
Provide Level II service desk and field support across multiple locations
Support Windows 10 PC refreshes, ERM printing, and Windows/Azure Office products
Travel to remote offices (including Canton, NY) 1–2 times per month as needed (mileage reimbursed)
Communicate effectively with physicians, executives, and C-suite stakeholders
Participate in a rotating onsite schedule, with flexibility to help build weekly site visit plans
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of IT support experience
Strong Windows 10 and Microsoft/Azure product support
Experience with ITIL / ITSM frameworks (ITIL v4 preferred)
Professional, outgoing, and team-oriented communication style
Preferred
Healthcare IT background preferred
Certifications such as A+, Network+, MCP preferred
