Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions and guide technical strategy and execution
Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams
Design and implement complex API-based integrations between Salesforce and external systems
Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and compliance standards
Lead design sessions, code reviews, and release planning
Create technical documentation, data models, and solution diagrams
Support Salesforce environment setup and CI/CD pipelines
Identify and mitigate technical risks
Follow Salesforce best practices and recommend standard vs custom solutions
Work in Agile teams for backlog refinement and sprint planning
Qualification
Required
Salesforce Technical Architect / Application Architect – Certified
Salesforce Integration Architect – Certified
Salesforce Platform Developer II – Certified
Salesforce Platform App Builder – Certified
Copado Certification
MuleSoft I & II Certifications
7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOQL, SOSL
Experience with Salesforce Shield, Lightning, and DevOps/CI-CD
Strong integration, ETL, and data migration experience
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience with GitHub / Bitbucket
Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
Experience working with State or Government clients
Experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
