Responsibilities
Conduct weekly strategy sessions with the founder to extract frameworks, methodologies, and unique insights from his work with clients and his own business experience
Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar that builds authority in marketing/business building and wealth creation
Script content for video (YouTube, social media), podcast appearances, speaking engagements, and written thought leadership
Create talking points, outlines, and full scripts depending on content type and founder preference
Research trending topics in the marketing, entrepreneurship, and wealth-building spaces to keep content relevant and timely
Develop the founder’s signature frameworks and messaging into repeatable, scalable content formats
Collaborate with the production and editing team to ensure scripts translate effectively to final content
Analyze content performance and refine strategy based on what resonates with the audience
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional copywriting or content creation experience, preferably working with executives, thought leaders, or high-level creators
Proven ability to “ghost” someone else's voice - you can write in different voices and capture someone's authentic tone
Deep understanding of marketing, business building, and/or wealth creation content (you should be fluent in this space)
Experience creating content that has generated significant engagement (millions of views, viral posts, etc.)
Strong interviewing skills - ability to extract insights and frameworks from subject matter experts
Understanding of platform-specific content requirements (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Strategic thinker who can develop overarching narrative arcs and content themes, not just one-off pieces
Self-starter who can work independently and manage the content pipeline proactively
Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with a high-performing executive
Preferred
Previous experience working with 7-8 figure entrepreneurs or thought leaders
Background in marketing, finance, or business
Experience scripting for video and podcast content specifically
Understanding of content strategy that supports product launches (specifically for the wealth platform launch)
Portfolio of successful thought leadership campaigns you've ghostwritten
