Operations Workflow Manager
Elevate Living is dedicated to creating quality living environments for residents, and they are seeking an Operations Workflow Manager to optimize maintenance operations. This role involves developing workflow strategies, directing maintenance technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety standards while enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Developing and implementing workflow strategies to streamline maintenance processes and improve operational efficiency
Coordinate and optimize maintenance scheduling and outside vendors to ensure timely responses to service requests and preventative maintenance tasks
Directing the workflow for maintenance technician’s and provide guidance, support, etc. to ensure quality services
Monitor key performance indicators such as response times and completion rates to evaluate the performance and identify improvement areas while consistently leading improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment and mitigate risks while communicating with the appropriate parties when safety concerns arise
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years' experience in an operations-focused role
A strong desire to learn and understand the details of the Elevate Living's operations
Ability to collaborate with parties at all levels of the organization
Adaptability in learning and administering new technology platforms
Foundational knowledge of Excel
Ability to handle multiple projects at once, sometimes with ambiguous scopes and deadlines
Ability to be highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to set expectations and drive accountability from vendors and external parties
Self-starter who thrives while working on multiple projects at a time, sometimes with ambiguous scopes and deadlines
A strong desire to learn and understand the details of Elevate Living's operations to deliver relevant and actionable analysis
Ability to work independently
Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with all levels of employees
