Define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs

Expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively

Responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead architectural discussions to align technology solutions with business objectives

Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that enhance the architecture framework

Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Conduct regular reviews of architecture designs to ensure compliance with best practices and standards
