Responsibilities
Oversee the commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure they are installed and operating as designed
Managing commissioning activities
Coordinating with project teams
Ensuring compliance with building codes
Troubleshooting technical issues
Documenting project progress
Work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project requirements and deadlines
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Commissioning Management and Building Services
Proven experience in Project Management, including scheduling and resource allocation
Knowledge in Contract Management and Procurement processes
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
Preferred
Experience in managing MEP systems in high-tech facilities is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
