Responsibilities
Film and photograph new inventory arriving daily
Post items for sale on Facebook Marketplace daily
Create and post content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Reels
Create short-form videos, stories, and promotional content
Support flash sales, promotions, and live videos
Edit and post content same-day to keep inventory moving
Respond to customer messages on Facebook Marketplace and Messenger
Answer basic product questions and help convert online leads into in-store visits
Maintain fast response times and professional communication
Track conversations and follow up on serious buyers
Assist with daily administrative and operations tasks
Upload and manage inventory manifests provided by the team
Organize Google Drive files, photos, and reports
Assist ownership with light office duties
Maintain and restock office and marketing supplies
Qualification
Required
Experience posting on Facebook Marketplace (required)
Experience with social media content creation and posting
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
Strong written communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines
Comfortable working in a high-volume retail environment
Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
Preferred
Retail or sales experience
Experience selling through Facebook Marketplace
Ability to create content quickly and efficiently
Organized, reliable, and self-directed
Comfortable being on camera when needed
