Own and grow our Data Center Infrastructure Staffing practice — strategy, relationships, and results
Leverage your network across hyperscale, enterprise, colo, and edge environments
Partner with clients on workforce strategy for new builds, expansions, retrofits, and ongoing operations
Act as a trusted advisor — not a transactional vendor
Work closely with recruiting teams to deliver hard-to-find, high-impact talent
Stay ahead of trends across power, cooling, networking, and mission-critical infrastructure
Help shape our go-to-market approach as AI and high-density compute continue to scale
Qualification
Required
3+ years in data center infrastructure staffing
Deep understanding of how the data center ecosystem really works
Established relationships across operators, EPCs, and infrastructure providers
Commercial mindset with a track record of growing accounts or practices
Comfortable talking shop with engineers and strategy with executives
Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and motivated by building something meaningful
