Managing a client route and providing tailored cleaning solutions that meet customer needs
Driving to customer locations
Managing inventory
Demonstrating equipment and cleaning products
Building strong customer relationships to maintain and grow accounts
Providing exceptional service and acting as a trusted advisor to clients for their cleaning equipment and chemical requirements
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated customer service and relationship-building skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Sales experience, particularly in managing accounts, generating leads, and meeting performance goals
Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals, or a willingness to learn and become proficient
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and manage heavy equipment and inventory as needed
Preferred
Previous experience in a route-based or service-related role is a plus
