Responsibilities
Advise clients in connection with all aspects of high-value commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasings, and financing
Draft and negotiate terms for purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, loan documents, and closing materials
Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions
Research real estate laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
At least three years of commercial real estate transactional experience
JD from an accredited law school
Strong academic credentials
Licensed to practice in Florida
Strong writing and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
