Associate Sales Manager
Alliance Realty & Financial Services, Inc. is expanding its multi‑state leadership team and is seeking driven, ethical, and compliance‑focused Associate Sales Managers. This leadership‑track role provides licensed real estate and/or mortgage services while supporting the growth, performance, and compliance of Associates within their market.

Responsibilities
Support the onboarding, guidance, and performance development of Associates within assigned markets
Reinforce Alliance policies, compliance standards, and workflow expectations
Provide coaching on sales strategies, client communication, and transaction management
Assist Associates in navigating state‑specific regulations, MLS rules, and lender requirements
Promote a culture of professionalism, ethical conduct, and client‑first service
Coordinate with the Managing Broker/Owner on escalations, compliance matters, and operational needs
Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in accordance with state real estate laws
Conduct market analyses, prepare CMAs, and advise clients on pricing and negotiation strategies
Draft, review, and submit real estate contracts and related documents
Oversee transaction timelines, including showings, inspections, and appraisals
Ensure compliance with state regulations, MLS rules, and Alliance policies
Ensure all advertising uses the Manager’s full legal name as it appears on their license unless otherwise approved
Upload all required disclosures and transaction documents to the Alliance system
Train and supervise licensed or unlicensed assistants in accordance with Alliance P&Ps (if applicable)
Meet with clients to assess financial goals and mortgage needs
Advise borrowers on suitable residential and/or commercial loan products
Collect, review, and verify borrower documentation for accuracy and completeness
Submit loan applications to lenders and monitor file progress through closing
Communicate loan terms, conditions, and disclosures in compliance with federal and state regulations
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends
Ensure full compliance with NMLS, RESPA, TILA, ECOA, and Alliance policies
Provide exceptional service throughout the loan process and maintain strong referral relationships
Qualification
Required
Active real estate license and/or mortgage license in FL, GA, MD, PA, and/or TX
Strong communication, coaching, and client‑relationship skills
Ability to work independently while supporting a team‑oriented environment
High attention to detail and commitment to compliance
Proficiency with industry software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
Must be exclusively licensed with Alliance for any licensed assistant role (if applicable)
Preferred
Prior experience in real estate, mortgage lending, sales management, or team leadership preferred
