Identify needs with stakeholders
Help lead AI focused initiatives, driving execution all the way through completion

Required

MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN 4 hours OF COLUMBIA, MO!
A background in (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.) and experience with AI frameworks
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation
Track record of delivering AI-powered features or applications in production
Ability to connect AI capabilities to business use cases quickly
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and secure API integration
Solid grounding in privacy, compliance, and data governance
A builder's mindset: quick, practical and effective is the goal. Perfect-but-late is the enemy
