Qualification
Required
Good analytical skills
Acumen for identifying inefficiencies in current processes
Creativity and innovation in problem-solving
Advanced Excel skills
Unquestioned ability to discreetly manage confidential and sensitive company information
Preferred
Two plus (2+) years' experience in relevant accounting work
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Accounts payable experience
Aptitude for learning new systems
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of staff and management and all types of personalities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
Productive with a high degree of accuracy
Consistency in follow-up and follow-through of tasks to completion
