Territory Manager / Outside Account Executive
SOL Mental Health is a rapidly growing behavioral health practice dedicated to expanding access to mental health care. The Provider Relationship Manager will develop and expand referral partnerships with healthcare providers, utilizing strategic outreach and in-person engagement to enhance patient access to services.

Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers, medical practices, and health systems across your territory
Conduct consistent in-person meetings to educate partners on SOL services and referral processes
Activate new referral partnerships and support integration into partner workflows
Maintain a strong pipeline of target accounts and opportunities using Salesforce
Track referral trends and territory performance to prioritize outreach
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve partnership processes and referral experience
Qualification
Required
1-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
Comfortable working in a field-based role 4-5 days per week
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to own and grow a territory independently
Comfortable learning new systems (Salesforce, Salesforce Maps, Data Tools), processes, and clinical workflows
Interest in healthcare and improving access to mental health services
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools for pipeline management
Consultative, problem-solving sales approach
Preferred
1-3 years of inside or outside sales experience (healthcare or provider-facing sales preferred)
