General Sales Manager
Allison Outdoor Advertising is seeking a General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead their Sales Team in Western North Carolina. The role involves coaching a team of Account Executives, driving revenue growth, and maintaining relationships with local advertisers and agencies.

Responsibilities
Coach and lead a team of 4 AEs through weekly 1:1s, ride-alongs, pipeline reviews, and skill development
Drive revenue, occupancy, and yield with strong pricing discipline and consistent execution
Help reps improve prospecting, proposals, negotiation, and closing behaviors
Maintain and grow a book of agency accounts and support major pitches/negotiations as needed
Own budgeting, forecasting and pacing
Partner with Operations to ensure a healthy relationship between Operations and Sales Team with regards to posting and vegetation removal
Build relationships with local advertisers, agencies, and community partners across the markets we serve
Recruit and Hire any new sales talent
Be a part of the Executive Team at Allison Outdoor Advertising, which helps guide the future direction of the company
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B sales experience (media/advertising/OOH preferred)
2+ years of sales leadership or team lead experience with a proven coaching track record
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Confident using CRM and pipeline metrics to manage performance
The Candidate needs to be able to commute daily to the home office
Ability to travel locally across Western North Carolina (valid driver's license required)

OOH/billboard experience (static + digital)
local/regional advertiser or agency relationships
