Watch Operations Engineer
HealthPartners is seeking a Watch Operations Engineer to join their team at Methodist Hospital. This role involves operating and maintaining equipment in the power plant, performing preventive maintenance, and keeping accurate logs while ensuring the functionality of various systems.

Responsibilities
Operates and maintains all equipment in the power plant, including but not limited to boilers, chillers, emergency power generators, air compressors, vacuum pumps and building automation equipment
Keeps accurate logs, performs water testing, and performs preventive maintenance and repairs on the above-mentioned systems and other equipment
Cleans and paints the plant and equipment as required
Qualification
Required
Prior stationary power plant experience required
Minimum of a Minnesota 1st Class Grade C Engineer's license, preferably with two-plus years' experience under that license
Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
Must have good command of the English language, both written and oral
Can accept a Minnesota Class 2C or higher Stationary Engineer's license to train, and to operate provisionally if a 1C license is obtained within the maximum 270 probationary period
