Responsibilities
Collaborate with Director of Creative to conceptualize and produce visually impactful designs and content that are informative, entertaining, and memorable to recruits and constituents
Manage all recruiting graphics
Lead a team of graphic design student assistants and help maintain the standards for all graphical and social media content
Create and oversee compelling social media strategy across multiple platforms, including live, in-game content
Assist with recruiting photoshoots
Skillfully use graphics animation software and produce GIFs
Responsible for adhering to all rules and regulations of the University, Big 12 Conference, and NCAA
Establish and maintain effective interactions with the students, colleagues, university community, alumni, media and the public
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience creating graphic design content for high level sports
Proficiency with digital multimedia editing systems
Preferred
Solid experience in graphic design production and social media branding for a NCAA DI or professional football program
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
Photography experience for creative media projects
