Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit sales candidates
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build a pool of high-caliber candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and industry connections
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
Partner with hiring managers to understand the qualifications and qualities that make successful sales representatives
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
Experience working with Sales execs, proven track record
LinkedIn expert. Creating projects, pipelines, pitches, etc
Working in tight deadlines
Proactively pipelining candidates
Experience serving up weekly progress reports to leaders

Required

Must have proven experience in sales, customer success and sales related recruiting
Recruiting experience with a focus on sales roles
Proven ability to source and attract top talent, with a strong network and knowledge of effective recruiting tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Experience with ATS software and familiarity with recruiting on social media platforms
