Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate service trips with customers and the sales team
Work with motors, fans, blowers, relays, timers, PLCs, and other industrial controls, including related mechanical systems
Conduct electrical wiring, service work, and assembly tasks to support system functionality
Perform and document product performance and reliability testing in accordance with company standards
Troubleshoot, repair, and test equipment to ensure operational efficiency
Provide technical assistance to customers and support the sales staff through phone consultations and on-site visits
Travel to customer sites to service, repair, and maintain equipment
Execute additional duties as assigned to support operational and customer needs
Qualification
Required
Experience in planning and executing service trips
Ability to perform in-field system repairs
Knowledge of electrical wiring and mechanical assembly
Experience with equipment testing
Technical support experience for customers, both remotely and on-site
Ability to collaborate closely with a sales team
Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites, with an expectation of 75–80% time spent away from the primary work location
Flexibility in hours, including overtime when traveling or supporting customer requirements
Experience working with motors, fans, blowers, relays, timers, PLCs, and other industrial controls
Ability to conduct electrical wiring, service work, and assembly tasks
Experience in performing and documenting product performance and reliability testing
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and test equipment
