The Outpatient Therapist will provide individual and group therapy services, conduct Level of Care Assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support adult and adolescent clients in their recovery journey.

Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy to a small caseload of adult and adolescent clients
Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions as scheduled
Conduct Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs) and document clinical findings in accordance with program standards
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with licensing and program requirements
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, and trainings as scheduled
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field
Completion of a clinically based internship required
Prior experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults in a behavioral healthcare setting
Familiarity with LOCAs, treatment planning, and progress documentation
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to ethical practice and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to care
