Taurus LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales & Client Relationship Manager to drive new business growth while building long-term, trusted relationships with clients. This role involves consultative selling and account ownership, focusing on closing complex deals and ensuring customer success, retention, and expansion.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and discovery through contract negotiation and close
Conduct deep discovery to understand client business processes, pain points, and decision criteria
Present tailored SaaS solutions, demos, and ROI-driven proposals
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Meet or exceed annual and quarterly revenue targets
Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts
Develop trusted, long-term relationships with executive and operational stakeholders
Ensure smooth handoff from sales to implementation and customer success
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients
Drive renewals and long-term account growth
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align solutions with client needs
Support pilots, POCs, and enterprise evaluations
Assist with RFPs, security reviews, compliance documentation, and procurement processes
Provide market and customer feedback to leadership and product teams

Required

Results-driven mindset with a focus on sales and client relationship management
Experience in B2B SaaS sales and account management
Ability to close complex deals and ensure customer success, retention, and expansion
Strong consultative selling skills
Experience managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and close
Ability to conduct deep discovery to understand client business processes, pain points, and decision criteria
Experience presenting tailored SaaS solutions, demos, and ROI-driven proposals
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual and quarterly revenue targets
Ability to develop trusted, long-term relationships with executive and operational stakeholders
Experience in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients
Ability to drive renewals and long-term account growth
Strong collaboration skills to work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
Experience supporting pilots, POCs, and enterprise evaluations
Ability to assist with RFPs, security reviews, compliance documentation, and procurement processes
Ability to provide market and customer feedback to leadership and product teams
