Responsibilities
Assist clients with completing and signing their life insurance applications over the phone, with scheduling their insurance exam and helping them with billing questions
Respond to emails and requests for information regarding Zander’s Identify Theft Protection by taking inbound and making outbound calls
Apply sales methodologies and problem-solving strategies to best position Zander products and services while providing long-term, individualized solutions to customers
Join a supportive team environment focused on professional growth and exceptional service
Qualification
Required
Assist clients with completing and signing their life insurance applications over the phone
Schedule insurance exams and help clients with billing questions
Respond to emails and requests for information regarding Zander's Identify Theft Protection
Make outbound calls
Apply sales methodologies and problem-solving strategies
Provide long-term, individualized solutions to customers
Work effectively in a team environment
Have a high service aptitude
Be reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Be tech-savvy and able to work from home efficiently
Use office equipment including personal computer, multiple screens, printer, fax machine, scanner, and telephone
Communicate effectively in English, writing and verbally in person, via email, video meetings, and telephone
Communicate effectively via telephone for extended periods of time, up to 7 hours per day
Pay attention, listen actively, analyze problems, evaluate options, focus on tasks, multi-task, make decisions, and engage appropriately
Handle stress in a fast-paced environment and interact appropriately with others
Sit and stand for extended periods of time up to 7 hours per day
Walk up and down stairs (there are no elevators in the 2-story main office building)
Maintain physical, consistent attendance during normal working hours within a standard 40-hour workweek
Be available for additional hours as required
