Responsibilities

Greeting - Welcoming customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answering phones - Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls to the appropriate person or department
Office maintenance - Keeping the office clean and organized, and performing inventory of office supplies
Customer service - Providing people with information and directing visitors
Data Entry - Accurately type appraisals and other necessary documentation as required
Tracker Management - Oversee the guest check-in process, ensuring all visitors are accounted for and receive the necessary assistance during their stay
Floor Monitoring: Act as the eyes on the floor, monitoring the environment and guest experiences, and reporting any issues or needs to management promptly
