Beat The Odds is a fast-growing fantasy sports betting platform looking to become the largest sports betting network in the U.S. They are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Growth Manager to lead national partnership acquisition, responsible for identifying, negotiating, and onboarding high-impact partners to drive user acquisition and brand expansion.

Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and close partnership deals with sports bars, media platforms, influencers, and affiliate networks
Build scalable outreach workflows and CRM tracking for partner engagement
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to activate partnerships and measure performance
Maintain a clear audit trail of partnership terms, deliverables, and compliance requirements
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine outreach and positioning
Qualification
Required
2+ years in growth, sales, partnerships, or business development—preferably in sports, gaming, hospitality, or digital media
Proven track record of closing strategic deals and managing partner relationships
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, influencer ecosystems, and user acquisition funnels
Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
Self-starter with a bias for action and comfort operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment

If the Growth Manager acquires 20 or more sports bar partners, they will receive 1%-5% of the net profit generated from those bars.
