Responsibilities
Lead and coach Agile development teams on the Scrum framework, promoting Agile values and principles
Foster a self-organizing and high-performing team by promoting Agile best practices and collaboration
Encourage the team to embrace a culture of continuous improvement
Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication, understanding, and alignment on project goals and priorities
Monitor and report on team performance using Agile metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time
Ensure that the team follows quality standards and Agile best practices
Mentor and guide Scrum team members and other Scrum Masters in Agile principles and best practices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a track record of successful Scrum framework implementation
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is highly preferred
