Responsibilities

Operational Leadership - Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring policies, procedures, and brand standards are met while delivering outstanding guest satisfaction
Financial Management - Manage budgets, analyze performance, improve operational efficiency, and lead weekly departmental meetings
Strategic Leadership - Serve as the primary liaison with ownership and key stakeholders, representing the property with professionalism and confidence
Team Development - Lead, coach, and inspire team members through performance feedback, goal-setting, and a collaborative leadership style

Required

Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, or a combination of education and 2+ years of General Manager experience (hospitality preferred)

Positive, energetic, and guest-focused with a genuine passion for team success
