Main Line Health is seeking a Per-Diem Safety Telecom Specialist at their Radnor Corporate Office. This role involves being the first point of contact for inbound calls and processing requests for safety and security resources in a fast-paced environment while utilizing established technology and systems.

Responsibilities

Answer a high volume of emergent and non-emergency telephone calls
Dispatch public safety resources to reported incidents
Provide relevant information to callers and route calls to the appropriate parties
Utilize established technology and systems to monitor alarm systems, facility access, closed circuit television (CCTV) monitoring and the health of mission critical equipment
Manage incident communication and documentation using records management system (RMS)
Initiate emergency activations for affected facilities and personnel

Qualification

APCO PST-1 certificationCustomer service experienceCall center experienceHigh School diplomaDecision making

Required

High School diploma or equivalent
Acquire and maintain the APCO Public Safety Telecommunicator 1 (PST-1) certification

Preferred

Minimum of five years of customer service and/or call center experience
