Responsibilities
Partner with senior management to analyze business performance, identify gaps, and provide insights
Oversee financial consolidation, ensuring accuracy and resolving timing issues with operational teams
Drive business strategy by analyzing costs, forecasts, and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities
Coordinate and consolidate E2E finance’s annual operating plan and long range plan, including the build and execution of AOP and LRP decks
Become a thought leader and evangelist for process improvement, transformation, and AI across E2E finance
Collaborate across Store Ops, Supply Chain, & Real Estate FP&A teams
Build strong relationship with partners in Merchandise and Segment finance, and develop trust with VPs/SVPs across Walmart US
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in financial strategy, planning, and management within complex organizations
Proven ability to develop and communicate financial plans aligned with corporate goals
Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions
Strong skills in analyzing financial statements, budgets, and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities
Demonstrated capability to manage risk and ensure compliance with financial controls and reporting standards
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with senior leadership to drive business performance and financial transparency
Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability
An ability to quickly adapt to change and shifting priorities
Experience communicating with senior leaders
