Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain SAP security roles, authorizations, and user access models
Lead SAP security change management and production deployments
Perform segregation of duties (SoD) analysis and remediation using SAP GRC
Administer and enhance SAP GRC Access Control rulesets and risk matrices
Monitor and resolve SAP security incidents and requests via ServiceNow or ITSM tools
Analyze SAP audit logs and support internal and external audits
Enforce controls over critical SAP transactions and administrative access
Support SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulatory compliance initiatives
Drive SAP security transformation, automation, and continuous improvement projects
Collaborate cross-functionally on enterprise security initiatives
Promote and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related field
5+ years of hands-on SAP Security experience in enterprise environments
Strong experience supporting ECC and S/4HANA systems
Advanced expertise in SAP GRC Access Control
Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance programs
SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Security Architect
SAP GRC Access Control Certification
CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certification
ITIL Foundation or higher
