Senior Sales Manager
Innovo Global Talent is seeking a high-energy, hunter-style sales professional to drive new business and expand market share in logistics automation solutions. The Senior Sales Manager will set up a new US division and lead sales efforts, working with sophisticated technology to close high-value deals.
Responsibilities
Hunt, prospect, and secure new clients across the US logistics and supply chain sectors
Conduct technical product demonstrations and deliver tailored proposals
Close deals for multi-stakeholder, high-value equipment and solution deployments
Maintain expert knowledge of products and educate customers on ROI and benefits
Identify large-scale deployment opportunities and strategic partnerships
Track opportunities, manage pipeline, and report sales activity in CRM
Qualification
Required
A proven B2B sales professional with 5+ years in logistics automation, warehouse technology, or supply chain solutions
Comfortable selling complex solutions with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
A consultative, value-based seller who thrives on outbound prospecting
US-based with the flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events
High resilience, accountability, and self-motivation
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
Ability to sell technical solutions to both business and engineering audiences
Preferred
Existing network in US logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or 3PL markets
Experience selling packaging machines, storage solutions, or automation equipment
Background with European/global technology providers or professional services
