Mid LevelAllstar Services is seeking a skilled and reliable Field Technician to support their exterior construction and service operations. This role involves repairs, installations, and full replacements on residential projects, focusing on quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Perform repairs, callbacks, insulation work, and full exterior replacements with minimal supervision
Install fascia, soffit, vinyl siding, James Hardie siding, shingles, gutters, and related materials
Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools, including brakes and saws
Load, manage, and verify materials for daily job assignments
Accurately utilize company systems and processes, including Vertex, AccuLynx, and ProVia
Collect customer payments when required
Assist with warehouse operations as needed
Maintain high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail
Communicate clearly and effectively with the Service Superintendent, team members, and customers
Provide professional, courteous customer interactions that build trust and confidence
Follow OSHA safety guidelines and maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and leadership by example
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license
Must speak English to communicate effectively with homeowners
Prior experience in exterior construction or installation required
