The Event Production Account Manager will manage client relationships and oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring that client visions are executed flawlessly through effective communication and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities
Build trusted, long-term partnerships rooted in clear communication and follow-through
Serve as the primary account management contact from the first call through show close
Guide clients across AVL, staging, and seating decisions with confidence and clarity
Proactively pursue new opportunities and re-engage dormant accounts
Expand existing clients into additional services and repeat engagements
Identify when AVL, staging, seating, or blended solutions best serve each event
Run discovery conversations to uncover goals, constraints, audience experience needs, and technical requirements
Translate vision into executable production scopes, including AVL, staging, and seating
Partner with Pre-Production Planners to price solutions that are accurate, executable, and margin-aligned
Ensure clean handoffs from sales to pre-production to on-site teams
Stay engaged through execution to protect the client experience
Participate in post-event reviews to sharpen future performance
Use HubSpot as the system of record for accurate and actionable data
Provide leadership with clear forecasting and pipeline insight
Use Lasso for quote writing and project management
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing client relationships in live event production
Knowledge of Audio, Video & Lighting (AVL), performance staging, and temporary seating structures
Ability to manage the full sales cycle
Strong communication skills for building trusted, long-term partnerships
Experience in driving growth through new opportunities and re-engaging dormant accounts
Ability to run discovery conversations to uncover goals and technical requirements
Experience in translating client vision into executable production scopes
Ability to collaborate with pre-production planners for accurate pricing
Experience in ensuring clean handoffs from sales to pre-production to on-site teams
Ability to stay engaged through execution to protect the client experience
Experience in participating in post-event reviews
Proficiency in using HubSpot for data management
Ability to provide clear forecasting and pipeline insight
Experience in using Lasso for quote writing and project management
