Director (Sales) – Healthcare & Life Sciences
Wise Skulls is seeking a senior sales leader to drive growth across Healthcare & Life Sciences accounts in North America. In this strategic role, you will own senior client relationships and revenue growth while partnering closely with sales and delivery leaders to build account strategies and close complex Salesforce consulting engagements.
Responsibilities
Build and execute sales strategies to drive revenue, margin, and practice growth
Own the full sales lifecycle: Prospect → Evaluate → Propose → Close
Develop and execute detailed account plans aligned to client business priorities
Partner with internal sales, alliance, and delivery teams to shape and close opportunities
Design industry-specific Salesforce solutions addressing regulatory and business needs
Drive thought leadership and stay current with Salesforce innovations and trends
Ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction across accounts
Strengthen Salesforce alliance relationships to maximize co-sell revenue
Qualification
Required
Proven track record selling Salesforce consulting / professional services to enterprise Healthcare & Life Sciences clients
Deep understanding of Healthcare & Life Sciences within the Salesforce ecosystem
15+ years of total experience with strong enterprise sales leadership exposure
Demonstrated success in net-new account acquisition and large account expansion
Experience working in complex, matrixed consulting organizations
Strong consultative, opportunity-driven sales mindset
