New GradHendrickson is seeking individuals for a rotational opportunity as a Co-Op. This role provides students with the chance to gain experience in various engineering fields, including maintenance, quality, and elastomers, while working full-time during the Summer/Fall or Fall semester of 2026.

Time studies for machining/packaging
Work with shop floor employees to resolve engineering or safety related issues
Assist with equipment/process troubleshooting
CNC program control files
Upgrade of computerized maintenance management systems
Completing Operator Detail Sheets (ODS)

Qualification
Required
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Sophomore status
