SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
SLEEVER International is a global leader in heat-shrink sleeve technology with over 50 years of experience in packaging. They are seeking a proven Sales Account Manager to expand their presence in the US market, focusing on building customer relationships and driving sales in the Sleeve Division.
Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong relationships with our customers
Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the US Market
Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients; managing sales, margins and development
Drive sales in the Sleeve Division while educating customers on Sleever’s full packaging solutions
Collaborate with sales, business management, and cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives
Represent Sleever at industry events and trade shows
Maintain Salesforce CRM activities, account planning and sales reports updated as required
Deliver exceptional customer service and support
Be willing to travel 40%-60% of the time
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within packaging
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
A home office based on the Midwest or East Coast USA
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
Ability and willingness to travel in US and Canada
Ability to grasp and communicate the technical aspects of the product
Preferred
Knowledge of the Printing Industry – Shrink Sleeves or Pressure Sensitive label is a plus
Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus
