Responsibilities
Oversee the setup of new client accounts and ensure timely updates to existing accounts across various systems
Lead and direct the Implementation team, assigning tasks and participating in account administration as necessary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate client data and improve implementation processes
Facilitate customer onboarding and training, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients
Monitor team performance and metrics, reporting regularly to leadership and addressing any issues that arise
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required

Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and supervising team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong analytical skills and the ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
A four-year degree from an accredited institution is preferred but not mandatory
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous
Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving
