Responsibilities
Oversight of all internal and external reporting functions
Define and execute a data management strategy to ensure data integrity and security
Use Excel/VBA to automate legacy workflows and optimize reporting tools
Act as SME for regulatory compliance and proactive risk mitigation
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive leadership in a large-scale Finance organization
Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting and data strategy
Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including Visual Basic (VBA) and Macros
Direct experience in data architecture and tool standardization
Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and general accounting principles
Experience in financial risk management and regulatory reporting
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field
Preferred
Master's Degree (MBA/MSA) or CPA/CFA license
