Marketing & Executive Support Coordinator
The Conduit Group is an award-winning General Contractor seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Executive Support Manager. This role involves leading marketing efforts and providing high-level administrative support to leadership, combining creative marketing work with executive operations management.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow firm's LinkedIn and Instagram presence
Oversee and update the company website, keeping projects and messaging current
Develop marketing materials including project sheets, proposals, presentations, and award submissions
Capture and share project updates, milestones, and company culture content
Track marketing performance and recommend improvements
Provide direct administrative support to company leadership
Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Prepare presentations, reports, and communications
Assist with event planning, travel coordination, and industry engagement logistics
Attend and represent firm at networking events, industry associations, and award programs
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, executive support, or a combination
Strong writing, organization, and time-management skills
Experience managing business social media accounts and websites
Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Professional, polished presence when interacting with clients and partners
Preferred
Squarespace experience preferred
