Legal Coordinator
Partnership Employment is a mission-driven legal services organization seeking a Legal Coordinator to connect volunteer attorneys with individuals needing legal support. Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for volunteer and pro bono attorneys
Coordinate onboarding, communication, and ongoing engagement with volunteers
Support case intake, referrals, and file organization to ensure matters move efficiently
Assist with pro bono clinics, trainings, CLE programs, and community events
Maintain accurate tracking of cases, volunteers, and program data
Partner closely with attorneys and paralegals, particularly teams supporting domestic and family law matters
Provide administrative and project support to the Pro Bono Director and legal leadership
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in program coordination, legal administration, or a paralegal-support role
Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities
Clear, professional communication style and attention to detail
Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners
Comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment
