Responsibilities
Design and support controls and electrical systems across manufacturing operations
Develop and maintain automation using DeltaV, Allen Bradley, and Siemens PLCs
Integrate equipment with MES, SCADA, and Historian systems
Perform control loop tuning, troubleshooting, and system optimization
Support automation from benchtop through commercial production
Collaborate with process, IT, and validation teams in a GMP environment
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a Controls Engineer in Pharma/Biotech (GMP)
Strong hands-on experience with DeltaV, Allen Bradley, Siemens platforms
Proven system integration experience with MES/SCADA/Enterprise systems
Experience with PLCs, HMIs, valves, pumps, sensors, and automated equipment
Preferred
Exposure to cell and gene therapy manufacturing
Background with automated fluid handling systems
