Regional Sales Manager
Case Systems, Inc. is a growing company specializing in ergonomic workstations and industrial solutions. They are seeking two motivated Regional Sales Managers to drive sales growth in the Midwest and West regions, build relationships with clients, and develop territory strategies to maximize revenue.
Responsibilities
Drive sales growth throughout the West region
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, integrators, consultants, and end user clients
Sell innovative ergonomic solutions to major organizations, including Fortune 500 companies
Develop territory strategies to expand market share and maximize revenue
Attend tradeshows, travel frequently, and create new opportunities through proactive outreach
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to deliver customer focused solutions
Manage distribution channels and support partners to grow their product knowledge and performance
Qualification
Required
1–5 years of B2B sales experience
A winning, competitive mindset
Someone excited by frequent travel and building relationships face to face
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
A self starter who thrives in an independent, mobile work environment
Preferred
Experience or interest in selling industrial, manufacturing, or ergonomic solutions
