New Grad, Entry LevelDr. Tavel Optical Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lab Technician - Mounting to join their fast-paced optical lab. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring lenses are correctly mounted into frames, inspecting lenses for defects, and producing high-quality eyewear for customers.

Responsibilities
Inspect lenses for defects and imperfections
Clean and prepare lenses for mounting
Insert lenses into frames with precision and care
Ensure segments are straight and properly aligned
Adjust frames to meet company standards
Report any defects or issues to supervisors
Work with small parts while maintaining focus on quality
Follow all guidelines and standards for mounting lenses
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
Qualification
Required
Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to handle small parts and equipment with care and precision
Preferred
Familiarity with mounting lenses is a plus, but not required
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is a plus, but not required
